RSPB: OUR GARDEN BIRDWATCH 10/04/2013

WELCOME BACK TO OUR ‘BIG GARDEN BIRDWATCH’

This week has brought rain and more rain and the temps are slowly climbing up but only just above zero most days and hovering around the 7 degrees real feel -3 to 2 degrees.

Our local feathered friends are few and far between but yea, “woody” has graced his favourite Coconut Treat 3 times today and made his mark already by knocking at least a 5cm whole in the Coconut treat already!!!!  And we have a new addition to our Window Bird Feeding Station in the way of a second Window Bird Feeder which will be filled with their favourite Treats and the previous small treats tray will be modified into a window water feeder to drink and wash their beaks after a good feed.
